Sunny Street
Sunny Street is a mobile Doctor and nurse led outreach service providing health care for those experiencing homelessness and vulnerability. We currently provide medical services across South East Queensland for those sleeping rough and doing it tough.
Nightlight
Life can take some unexpected turns at times and some people may find they need help through those times of crisis. Imagine helping somebody, perhaps physically homeless or simply feeling hopeless by bringing them into an environment where they can get HELP, CARE & SUPPORT. This is where Nightlight can help people find their way.
Rekon
REKON provides a mobile recreational space to engage youth in the community e.g. Street and Park outreach, Community Centre based outreach.
REKON organises and delivers strength based programs and activities for youth e.g free music production workshops, dance workshops, cultural arts workshops, touch football and basketball games and more.
REKON supports homeless and at risk of homeless youth by referring the young people to temporary accommodation services, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to provide wraparound support for the youth.
