Beddown reuses public spaces when they are not being used to house the homeless.
Beddown is an Australian non-profit charity that has found a novel way to ensure that the homeless have a roof to sleep under at night. Its main objective is to give a second life to the spaces open to the public that are used during the day and are left empty at night to turn them into ’emergency accommodation’ that provide a rest area for the most disadvantaged.
