Since May of this year, the OneBridge team of registered nurses has been working alongside Beddown and InCommunity Connect teams within the Ipswich community. Their impact has been incredible!
Providing an invaluable medical service to people sleeping rough including through connections made via inCommunity Connect’s Assertive Outreach Team – dressing wounds, facilitating links to scripts, and providing on-the-spot medical care.
The OneBridge team has also dropped into other programs delivered by inCommunity Connect including the twice-weekly Women’s Club. Once again delivering important health advice to our club members.
The difference to people’s lives is outstanding and we say a heartfelt thanks to Beddown supporters for making this happen!
